Functions
MessageFlow Priority
Route OTPs, 2FA messages, and critical alerts through a separate server pool isolated from marketing traffic. Codes and alerts arrive on time even during traffic peaks, helping customers complete their actions without contacting customer support.
Message
Booster
Reach recipients who did not read your first message. Define the channel sequence, and the system will automatically resend the message in the next one. This makes it easy to increase your campaign reach and effectiveness.
Analityka e-mail API
Turn raw API and SMTP sending logs into clear deliverability reports in one dashboard. Identify delivery drops at specific mailbox providers before they affect your sender reputation, all without involving your IT team.

How RCS created a new revenue stream for a bank with a 2.4% conversion rate
One of our retail banking clients set a clear goal: generate more loan applications at a lower acquisition cost while achieving a conversion rate above 2%. Together, we designed an RCS campaign that allowed customers to make a decision within a single interaction without being redirected to an external form.

FAQ – Communications for banks and the financial sector
Customer data is processed and stored exclusively within the EEA. MessageFlow’s data centres are located in Poland and Germany.
The average delivery time for an SMS sent through MessageFlow is 3.5 seconds, while deliverability rates in fintech campaigns reach 99.99%. We achieve these results through direct connections to mobile network operators, without grey routing or low-quality routes. The final delivery time of each message also depends on the destination network and the recipient’s mobile operator.
Priority uses a separate server pool isolated from marketing traffic and standard notifications. OTPs, 2FA messages, password resets, and security alerts receive the highest processing priority across the SMS API, email API and SMTP.
MessageFlow provides the highest processing priority and immediate handling within its own infrastructure. Final delivery times also depend on telecommunications operators and email providers, so specific end-to-end delivery times should not be guaranteed without a separate SLA.
Under the Enterprise plan, the initial response time is up to 30 minutes for P1 issues, up to one hour for P2 issues and up to two hours for P3 issues. These times apply during business hours on business days. A response means that work on the issue has started, not that the issue has been resolved. A formal SLA requires a separate agreement.
Vercom, the owner of MessageFlow, is listed in the register of SMS service integrators maintained by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE). Messages matching smishing patterns identified by NASK or using prohibited sender IDs are blocked. Anti-abuse systems are monitored 24/7/365. These mechanisms reduce the risk of abuse but do not replace a comprehensive brand protection strategy beyond the MessageFlow infrastructure.
MessageFlow supports DORA requirements through risk and incident management processes, business continuity measures, monitoring, audits, dedicated ICT agreements, an addendum based on ZBP recommendations, and optional Compliance packages. This does not automatically make the customer’s entire organisation compliant.
SMS OTP can form one component of SCA, but the channel alone does not determine compliance. The entire process must meet the requirements for independent authentication factors and dynamic linking to the transaction.
