Vercom S.A.’s Compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA)

In pursuit of full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act, DSA), Vercom S.A. implements measures aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and the safety of users of its services in the digital environment.

DSA Contact Point

Pursuant to Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, we have designated a single point of contact (also dedicated to communications with Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the Digital Services Board) for matters relating to the application of the Regulation. Communication may be conducted in Polish or English. Please include the following information in your message:

  • Full name
  • If applicable, the name of the authority on whose behalf the message is sent
  • A valid contact e-mail address (we do not accept temporary or disposable e-mail addresses)

Reporting Abuse

If you identify content disseminated via our services that you believe violates the laws applicable in your EU Member State, you may report such content by sending a message to:

To enable us to assess your notification, please ensure it includes:

  • Full name
  • If applicable, the name of the authority on whose behalf the message is sent
  • A valid contact e-mail address (we do not process submissions sent from temporary or disposable e-mail addresses)
  • The exact URL or location of the content in question (this may include a forwarded e-mail)
  • A description of the reported content and justification as to why it is unlawful, including the relevant legal basis and, where possible, supporting evidence. Please remember that, depending on the circumstances, your explanation may be shared with our customers. Do not provide confidential or personal information you do not wish to disclose.

The notification must include a statement confirming that it is submitted in good faith. Under applicable law, providing false information may result in civil criminal liability. Upon receiving the notification, we will review it in accordance with our procedures and the requirements of the DSA. Where necessary, we reserve the right to share part of the information with the competent authorities or relevant third parties involved in the clarification process. You will be informed of our decision regarding the notification by e-mail.
